Megan (Betz) Kuehl is originally from De Witt, Iowa. She went to the University of Montana where she competed for the Griz Track & Field team and studied Health and Human Performance. Megan started her coaching career and received her Master's in Sports Performance and Leadership at Northern State University. After coaching stints at St. Norbert College in De Pere, Wisconsin, the University of Jamestown in Jamestown, North Dakota, and Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Kuehl has decided to focus at the health and wellness of a larger population.
Megan incorporates her knowledge of human movement into each session. Her experience with collegiate athletes and her own athletic career have deepened her understanding of how the body is fully connected and works together. She includes deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and Thai massage in her sessions.
To top it all off, Megan is a wife and mother. Her husband, Curry Kuehl, is a Vice President of Credit Administration at Dacotah Bank in Aberdeen. They have two crazy children: Kamryn (7) and Kaizer (4), and their dog, Pretzel.
